Recently, SuiteFinder had a chance to check out MY SALON Suite Midtown NYC. Located on West 48th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues, this location is in a brand new boutique building that it shares with several luxury service businesses, including Core Power Yoga, OneMedical, Tend Dental, and Maman bakery. MY SALON Suite Midtown NYC opened in summer 2022, making it one of the newest salon suite options in New York City.
Like many of the major salon suite brands, MY SALON Suite has been growing rapidly, adding locations in cities across the country. This location is the first MY SALON Suite location in Manhattan and one of 15 in the greater New York City area.

GETTING THERE
MY SALON Suite is located on West 48th Street between Fifth and Sixth Avenues. It is right across the street from Rockefeller Center and steps away from Fifth Avenue shopping, which makes you feel like you’re at the center of the universe. Your clients will love coming to this location.
The location has great access to buses and subways:
- It is just steps away from the 47-50 Streets Rockefeller Center subway station, which is served by the B, D, F, and M lines. Two blocks away are the 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, and W subway lines near Times Square. A couple blocks in the other direction are the E, M, and 6 lines.
- Grand Central terminal is an 8-minute walk away, and the Port Authority Bus Terminal is about 10 blocks away.
- There are an incredible 18 bus routes with stops within one block of the location.
- There is street parking available and a parking garage about a half block away.
Bottom line: You couldn’t ask for a better connected location than this.
ENTRANCE AND LOBBY
The building is a brand new, boutique building with only a handful of other businesses that your clients will love. These businesses include Core Power Yoga, OneMedical, Tend Dental, and Maman bakery. MY SALON Suite is located on the third floor of the building, which is accessed by elevator.
When exiting the elevator on the third floor, guests will find themselves in the MY SALON Suite lobby. It is nicely decorated, has some seating, and has a television directory to help clients find their way to your suite.
THE SUITES
MY SALON Suite Midtown NYC has 26 suites in this location. Some suites are window suites and others are interior suites. The suites are well appointed, with cabinets, a hand sink, shampoo bowl, shampoo chair, and a beautiful styling station with backlit mirror. 
One thing we love about the suites is that each suite is unique. The layout and dimensions of each suite are a little bit different, so when choosing a suite you can choose one with a layout that suits you.
Another great thing about this location is that there are both window suites as well as interior suites. This allows for a range of price points and experiences you can offer to your clients.
A number of beauty professionals have already begun moving into the space and it is always impressive to see how their suites are designed. There’s no better way to get design inspiration than to see what other artists have done with their suite!
