Vivid Brows and Skin

We have two spaces available. One threading station/brow bar and one room with a sink. For the threading station/brow bar - this space would be suitable for someone that does brows, threading, permanent jewelry, braids, piercing, etc. No blow dryers please. For the room, please reach out for pictures but it's furnished and decorated. I have an electric esthetic table, two large cabinets and sink inside. You will have to use your own equipment and supplies but this space is great for massage therapy, permanent makeup, lashes, etc. Would prefer not to have anyone else that does waxing or brows as we already do those services here. Liability Insurance and own business license required. You can use my establishment license as long as you are practicing within scope of Board of Barber/Cosmetology.
