    Located near the heart of Raleigh’s North Hills, our elevated salon studios are impeccably designed to better serve beauty professionals. Our elegant studios range from 115 - 180 sq ft. in size and are designed with efficiency in mind. Our space features polished concrete floors, daylight LED lighting, and modern Minerva salon equipment. Our tenants have access to shared laundry facilities, an oversized break room, and a beautiful lobby to welcome guests. We currently have two studios available.
