Studio 65 Beauty and Wellness Suites

Located in the heart of downtown Hopkins, MN, Studio 65 offers upscale commercial and residential opportunities. This gorgeous, well planned property is walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars and the light rail, which is located just across Excelsior Boulevard. We have created a boutique feel for our nine suite rentals. We endeavor to attract a variety of beauty and wellness professionals so that each can continue to build off of one another. We want a client to come here and find many ways to serve their beauty and wellness needs. We have a Sunlighten Infrared Sauna that is available rented out to all clients and offered complimentary to suite renters.
