Subleasing my private studio. Available days are: Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Weekly amount is $200. Automatic with drawl on Fridays. With $800 security deposit. This would cover any damages, lost items, or in case there is less than a 30 day move out notice. Contract to be signed prior to move in. Days are non negotiable. There are towels/drapes provided. Our location includes dozens of individual studios that are ideal for hair stylists, estheticians, make-up artists, eyelash and eyebrow artists, nail technicians, massage therapists, and a range of other professionals in the cosmetology industry. At Sola, our studios range from single, large, and double sizes. Your suite is move-in ready and equipped with shampoo bowls, cabinets, and shelving fixtures--it is everything you need to open your salon in no time!
