Each fully enclosed suite offers a polished and functional environment—most equipped with a professional stylist chair, wash bowl, and built-in storage—allowing you to fully personalize your business and client experience. Suites begin at $175 per week with a 6 month lease. We operate as a no-commission salon, meaning you retain 100% of your earnings—your talent, your clientele, your income. Stylists and their guests enjoy complimentary coffee, purified local water service, on-site laundry facilities, access to two shared kitchenette areas for comfortable breaks, and two well-maintained general-use restrooms for added convenience. The entire space has been intentionally designed with a retro-inspired yet high-luxury aesthetic, creating an inspiring, secure, and professionally maintained environment that feels both distinctive and elevated.
