Each studio comes furnished with a sink and hard flooring, providing a comfortable and professional workspace ranging from 65 to 140 square feet. Also, Luxe Cosmetic Studios provides essential amenities including a break room, three single-use bathrooms, a welcoming waiting area, a convenient laundry room for our renters, and free WiFi. Excitingly, our space launched on January 18, 2025, and more than half is leased. We're actively seeking talented individuals to join our community.
