Kimistry Suites is an intimate boutique salon suite with carefully crafted units to meet the needs and demands of the modern medical, spa, or salon professional located in a prime area of Encino, CA on Ventura Blvd. The suites include an inviting waiting area and beautiful reception where your clients can wait and be greeted. The location has sound/music of your choice throughout. There is also a dedicated area to provide your clients with refreshments and space to display products.  Each suite has its own restroom. Utilities and WI-FI are included. The suites can be utilized by estheticians, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, cosmetologist, nail techs, eyelash extensions, massage massage therapist, or any medical professional, etc. Suites are available with sink or without sink. There is ample parking in the back for clients. There is also metered parking on the street. Suite rentals range from $400-$450 per week.
