Looking for 1 full Time or 2 part-time room rental available for Brow artist, Lash artist, waxing/sugaring specialist, massage therapist, hypnotherapist, aesthetic nurse, ETC....Month to Month lease availability. Split full-time rent between you and a friend or take over the room completely when not in use by owner (usually during the day). Ideal candidate is: A mature, well established professional with at least 2 years experience with a viable clientele following. Must be proficient in your own self-promotions, advertising and marketing. Great work ethic, confident, friendly, out-going and exhibits positive energy Professional demeanor and appearance. Dependable, confident, clean and organized. Demonstrates healthy and effective communication skills and is respectful of others also renting space. Must have ALL credentials, certifications, permits, licensing and insurance (liability and property) current with copies for display before starting.
