But it makes the rent ridiculously low when you share! * * * We are a four room spa collective. This particular room is great for lashes, healers, counselors, etc. * * * I run a very quiet group with no BS or gossip - I am hands off (you are your own boss, of course), but I don't put up with negativity! * * * Also, I do not accept walk-ins – all tenants are to be appointment only based. * * * We have a keyless door entry (coded) as well as a deadbolt. For late workers, this enables you to lock yourself in the collective while providing a treatment, and allows your next client to come in when given the door code. * * * Because I trust people, I am not requesting a deposit or last month’s rent.
