Bartley Salon Suites

We are Located at Highway 9 West in Norman, north side of the highway, on the service road in between Penn and Western. This is a two story industrial style office building that we are transforming into salon suites to serve Norman and the south Metro including Goldsby, Washington, Blanchard, Newcastle, etc. Each floor is 4500 square feet. Six restrooms total, two breakrooms, one laundry room. Exposed brick, ducting, electrical and plumbing decorate the ceiling. All steel framing is exposed. Glass walls and concrete floors finish off the look. Stylists must come for a tour to see the possibilities with this location. Plenty of close parking with half of the parking covered. We plan to open an energy tea/protein shake nutritional bar downstairs at the front door and a wine tasting bar upstairs! We are looking for hair stylists, nail technicians, aestheticians, makeup artists, anyone working in the business of beauty!
